In 2016, I was looking to rescue a blue eyed cat. I had no other expectations. I called FCAC and asked them if they had any blue eyed cats. They told me they didn't but that they would let me know if any came in. After a couple of weeks of waiting they finally contacted me and let me know that they had gotten a blue eyed cat in and sent me his photo. He was adorable but looked so very sad. I immediately said that I would take him and would pick him up the next day.

When I went in, I opened the cage that he was in and picked him up. He immediately climbed as far into my coat as he could get! He knew I was there to save him.

I took him straight to my vet where he was vaccinated and plans were made for his neuter in a month when he was old enough. I was so happy to have this handsome boy!

Almost four years later, our precious Joey is still the king of our house. He has us perfectly trained and on his schedule. We love him so much and are very grateful that he we could rescue him.
